It is one road almost the whole way: State Road 37 south out of Bloomington to Paoli, then a few minutes east on State Road 56, the road the estate sits on.

It's hard to deny the romance of Blueberry Hill Estate — beautiful gardens, a hilltop with the whole valley in front of it, and the kind of sunsets that end up in every photograph your guests take. From a small and intimate affair to a full gala wedding, it is the Southern Indiana place to make your day a beautiful reality.

Close enough to Bloomington that guests can drive down for the afternoon, and far enough into the hills that the day feels like an occasion rather than an errand across town. We have been hosting weddings here for 13 years, on ground that has been a private estate since 1957 — the manicured gardens, the mature trees and the view from the hill are not features somebody added, they are the reason the place exists.

We host weddings for up to 400 guests outdoors, or up to 240 seated inside the Estate Barn, with ceremony and reception in either of two settings and overnight rooms on the property for the people closest to you. Tables and chairs for 200 are included; above that, extra seating is rented.
